The Grout Township Board has signed an Agreement with BS&A for tax and assessing information which is then available for property owners, mortgage companies, etc.. The link to contact BS&A is now provided on our website. The link should take you directly to the Grout Township information. As a property owner in Grout Township, you can look at your tax and assessing information for free. Any information for any other parcel can be obtained for $6.00 per parcel which is a BS&A fee. As a property owner, it is best to register. Then when you request information it will ask if you are the owner. When/if you indicate “yes”, the property will be added to your “registration”.
